Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Method

  1. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no streaks remaining.
  3. Taste and adjust if needed by adding a little more honey for sweetness or extra Dijon mustard for a tangier flavour.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
  5. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

  • Use whole egg mayonnaise for the creamiest texture and best flavour.
  • For a milder sauce, substitute half the Dijon mustard with yellow mustard.
  • To make it thinner for salads, whisk in 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil, water, or extra apple cider vinegar.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce for a spicy version.
  • This recipe doubles easily for barbecues, parties, and meal prep.
